Rasha's journey in technology began with her Bachelor's degree in Computer and Informatics Engineering from the Syrian Private University, where her exemplary graduation project, a Hospital Management System, was selected as one of the best three projects in her faculty. This early achievement set the tone for Rasha's future endeavors.
Before joining Omdena, Rasha honed her software development skills in multiple capacities. She served as a Freelance Web Developer, an Engineer Assistant at the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and a manager at Herfa Wa Rasma, her self-owned art supplies page. Rasha’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to learning were evident in her decision to further her skills in AI through the Bertelsmannai scholarship by Udacity.
At Omdena, Rasha's role evolved from a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to a Senior AI Project Lead. This progression embodies her commitment to managing and leading teams in building impactful AI applications for NGOs and startups worldwide. Her contribution to Omdena's growth and success is revered and acknowledged by the organization and her professional network alike.
Rasha's leadership extends beyond her professional roles as she engages and inspires her followers with her journey and insights into AI and tech through social media.
