Author Spotlight: Ivo Stranic
Ivo Stranic, holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford. Ivo has navigated through various significant roles in his career. Engaging in developing laser-based sensors during his academic pursuit, and later, contributing to the development of energy storage systems at Tesla, he has consistently been at the nexus of technology and innovation. His entrepreneurial journey through Myka Technologies aimed to blend computer vision and AI with culinary arts. Having faced lots of issues with using unstructured data for deep learning, Ivo joined Activeloop in 2021 as our Head of Product. Now, Ivo applies his expertise focusing on crafting data infrastructure to help other teams build AI products faster.
